1. Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope
● Model: Evident (Olympus) FV4000
● Description: The FV4000 is a next-generation confocal laser scanning microscope equipped with the SilVIR detector, offering exceptional sensitivity and high dynamic range. It is designed for precise quantitative imaging of biological specimens, ranging from fixed slides to live-cell imaging.
● Key Features:

○ SilVIR detector technology for low-noise photon counting.

2. Multiphoton Excitation Microscope (with FRET/FLIM)

● Description: The FV4000MPE is a specialized multiphoton imaging system designed for deep-tissue observation and in vivo imaging. This system is equipped with advanced modules for functional imaging analysis.
